Cake Decorating for Beginners (A05PEN910) 

Cake decorating can bring you a lifetime of enjoyment. Try your hand at making frostings; filling and icing cakes, simple and fancy borders; basket weaving in icing; and making flowers (e.g. roses, carnations and other flowers) and different types of leaves. A list of required materials will be mailed to you. First session meets for 2 hours.

International Cooking (A05PEN915) 

Discover how to create the great cuisines of the world. an overview of the different cooking techniques and skills of each cuisine will be demonstrated by the instructor . IN a professional kitchen, you will then actively participate in the preparation of dishes from five different countries. Each class concludes with sharing the dishes created.
