Older Adults

LaGuardia welcomes adults 60 years and older into the college academic program and assists them in devising a part time program that meets their personal goals. Participants take courses tuition-free on a space available basic, all for $80 registration fee. Call Renee Daniels at the Admissions Office 718-482-5118 for more information regarding this special agreement for each semester instruction.
 Adult & Continuing Education’s Programs for Older Adults also develops free workshops  and  events for seniors. The LaGuardia Community College Senior Steering Committee advises  on programs. Goals include increasing your presence on the campus, making available to you the college resources and opportunities, and making you feel at home at LaGuardia.
