Food Service, Security Guard, and Office Technician Skills Programs 

Bridgitte Fouché, BA, is a chef instructor and also holds a Culinary Arts Diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education since 2000. She has been a garde manager in a three-star French bistro in New York. In addition, she has been the personal chef for several nationally recognized media personalities and professional athletes.

Raymond Castillo, NYS Registered Armed Guard, NYC Pistol License Guard Carry, NRA Certified Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor, Notary Public, is a security guard instructor with several certificates from New York State in various general topics for security guard instruction and quality fingerprinting; also holds American Red Cross of Greater New York credentials for community first aid and safety instruction; and John Jay College of Criminal Justice/CUNY certificate in professional security management.

Charles Labita, AAS, MOS, has been an adjunct instructor in computer skills and instructional development and design since 1990; as well as, a technical writer, who has developed books and manuals used in software training for Windows, Microsoft Office, Wed Site Design, and Microsoft Publisher.
